Our firm has experience serving as petitioner’s counsel and also performing the duties of a court-appointed supervisor, bankruptcy trustee, and reorganization trustee in many bankruptcy proceedings, both big and small.

  • Have been involved in many corporate reorganization, civil rehabilitation, and bankruptcy cases as petitioner’s counsel.
  • Have served as a court-appointed supervisor or bankruptcy trustee in many cases.
  • Have successfully turned around many companies by negotiating with financial institutions and other creditors in out-of-court voluntary liquidation proceedings.
  • Have handled corporate reorganization, civil rehabilitation, and other insolvency cases for clients in various industries including manufacturing, golf course management, retail, construction, and food services.
